Cervion Systems and our associated businesses provide computer systems for restaurants. We have an opening with our administrative team for an Office Coordinator/Accounting Assistant.
This position performs primarily customer service and accounting related admin tasks to support our operations.
Requirements for the position include:
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- 3+ years accounting experience
- Experience with Quickbooks and/or other accounting systems
- Strong computer aptitude
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks by deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Quick Learner with good work habits
- A Team Player with an ability to easily interact with others.
The Office Coordinator/Accounting Assistant position is located in our Tarrytown, NY office. Standard office hours are 8:45 am – 5:30 pm. We are looking for a team player that can grow with us.
